This was my first San Diego Comic Con, and it was as crazy, as large, and as fun as everybody described. If you’ve never been, my telling you what it’s like won’t do it justice. It’s something you just have to experience for yourself. Melissa and I got to see so many other great cartoonists, all of whom really were wonderful, and it’s so gratifying when you get to meet your heroes and people you admire and they are even nicer than you hoped. Most notably, Dave Kellet, from Sheldon, and Keith Knight from the infamous K Chronicles. If you aren’t familiar with either, do yourself a favor and run out and open another tab in your browser and start reading, you’ll be glad you did.

Now all that’s left is to get ready for next year’s convention and my own booth.
